Are Jojo earrings hypoallergenic?We use Stainless Steel Posts and Hooks (anything that goes through the ears). Stainless steel is nickel-free which is what usually irritates, it is a great alternative to Sterling Silver.

I have lost one earring. Can I buy a replacement?Yes if we have this item in stock we are happy to send you a replacement cost on a case-by-case basis.

What is the shipping cost for retail customers?For orders between $1 and $49 shipping cost is $6. Add $3 for rural deliveries. For orders over $50 shipping cost is free. Add $3 for rural deliveries.

When can I expect to receive my online order?Your items will be sent by courier within 3 working days of placing your order. Please note we do not ship over the weekend or on public holidays, so any order placed on a Friday afternoon/Saturday/Sunday will go out the following week. Our parcels are sent via courier, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.

Returns or damaged products.If your product has broken, is faulty, or has been sent incorrectly, get in touch we will work with you to resolve any issues with a replacement or refund. We may request proof of purchase before a replacement is considered, so make sure this is provided with your request. Note: For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns, or exchanges on earrings unless they are faulty.
